Toni Gjurovski's journey in the trucking industry began with a simple but uncommon focus: the driver.

In an industry often driven purely by numbers, Toni recognized early that sustainable growth comes from people—drivers who feel respected, supported, and treated as partners rather than assets. This belief became the foundation of his first venture.

In 2012, Toni founded TAG Trans Inc, starting with a clear mission: build a company where drivers could grow, feel secure, and operate within a system designed to support them on and off the road. What started as a small operation quickly gained trust, and by 2015, the fleet had grown to 40 trucks.

Growth followed purpose. By 2018, the fleet doubled to 80 trucks, not through aggressive expansion, but through consistency, operational discipline, and long-term relationships. As the company scaled, Toni identified a recurring challenge across the industry—drivers and fleets lacked reliable infrastructure beyond dispatching.

That insight led to a broader vision.

In 2022, Toni expanded the ecosystem by opening a 100+ truck parking facility, addressing one of the most overlooked pain points in trucking. That same year, TAG Repair Center officially opened its doors, ensuring fleet reliability, faster turnaround times, and greater control over maintenance standards.

Rather than relying on fragmented third-party solutions, Toni focused on building vertically integrated support systems around the fleet.

This approach continued in 2023 with the launch of TAG Truck Sales, enabling greater flexibility for owner-operators and carriers looking to enter or expand within the industry. In 2024, the company footprint expanded further with the establishment of two new offices, reinforcing operational strength and regional presence.

By 2025, the vision extended beyond operations into capital and growth strategy. Aureus was funded to support future expansion, innovation, and long-term stability across the business ecosystem Toni had built over more than a decade.
